Figure out what direction the wind in Fargo-Moorhead was blowing from during the storm of Nov 28, 2000 and what quadrant of the low we were in:  (The F-M region got 5-11 inches of snow).

 Answers:  F-M is in the Northwest quadrant of the storm (the low was to our southeast).  If the wind circulates counterclockwise around the low, we expect a wind direction from the East or Northeast (which was the actual wind direction at 6pm).
